- Effortless Archive Migrations: The Enhanced Archive Migration Utility expands compatibility and automation so you can move media, metadata, and folder structures from more legacy archive platforms into DIVA with minimal disruption, reduced migration time, and full preservation of hierarchy.
- High-Speed Tape Operations: The Copy Tape job now runs up to four target media operations in parallel and supports both copy and move workflows, accelerating tape migrations and simplifying multi-target, hybrid archive strategies.
- Unified Search and Deeper Insights: A single, modern search experience unifies previous search methods so users can search by metadata, file attributes, or system properties from one interface, while enhanced analytics provide richer trend visualization and filtering to track archive growth, usage, and performance
- Modern Web Control and Lifecycle Management: The DIVA Web App adds more object fields, full-page object views, delete comments, improved configuration change tracking, and expanded log collection, while Storage Plan Manager improvements make it easier to separate legacy and new tiers with commission and decommission dates for slots.
- Faster, Secure Data Transfer: DIVA now uses MsQuic, a modern, secure UDP-based transport with TLS 1.3, for AXF transfers between Actors and Proxy Actors, improving performance, reliability, and remote storage connectivity for distributed archives.
- Future-Ready Platform Foundation: Support for Windows Server 2025, a new all-in-one installer that bundles and upgrades all core components, provide a modern, enterprise-grade foundation that simplifies deployment, strengthens security, and ensures long-term scalability.
